QuikPark, Inc. is a locally based garage management firm that has been serving commercial property users in the Mid-Atlantic since 1983. We have been providing valet and self-park services to class-A office space, hotel, theater and retail shopping guests, customers, and tenants with over 33 years of industry expertise. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Quadrangle Development Corporation, we have worked closely with QDC Property Management, Inc. at QDC owned facilities to ensure courteous, efficient service that mirrors the high standards of their customer care policy. We have also provided that same dedication to client satisfaction at locations we have managed at non-QDC owned properties.

From its inception, QuikPark Inc. was designed to be an extension of the Property Management team, working closely with them to tailor the parking environment at the property to best suit the need of the tenants and guests. Each garage utilizes an on-site manager or supervisor that is available to effectively interact with guests, tenants, and Property Management to maximize the tenant and daily parker experience.
